We thank Executive Director Noel C. Binag for his passion and dedication to expanding the programs and services of the OSHC to all regions. Thus, the creation and mass hiring of more regional extension units in the country. Also, for pushing the Vision1Million program of the OSHC that led to the capacity-building of thousands of establishments and OSH advocates through free virtual BOSH and COSH training.
