Empowering workplace safety at the grassroots level

Congratulations to the newly certified safety officers composed of facilitators from various provinces and municipalities under the DSWD KALAHI-CIDSS Program in Western Visayas.

This is a collaborative effort of the OSHC REU 6, Safety Organization of Negros Occidental, Inc. (SONO, Inc.), and the DSWD-Western Visayas to ensure construction safety and health compliance and advocacy in the locality.

We wish to thank our passionate partners, resource persons, and facilitators for their dedication in making the event a sheer success. We salute our partners' efforts in ensuring that the participants have quality training so that they will empower workplace safety and health at the grassroots level when they start their deployment in various barangays all over the region.

OSHC Region 6 remains steadfast in empowering the worker, educating the community, and building a culture where safety and health come first.
