About the event
The ACTSAFE, HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENTAL CORP, an accredited Safety Training Organization (STO) of the Department of Labor and Employment – Occupational Safety & Health Center (DOLE-OSHC), will be conducting a half-day WORKSHOP ON DOLE-OSH ADMINISTRATIVE REPORTING at the RBA Office, 2F, Jesena Bldg., Jalandoni St., Iloilo City (across University of San Agustin side entrance).
The workshop is beneficial for employers, their safety officers and OSH committees, especially in the MICRO & SMALL ENTERPRISES, where it will be the employer's duty to comply with all reportorial requirements of the OSH Standards per DOLE Department Order No. 198-18, otherwise known as the Implementing Rules and Regulations of the Republic Act 11058 “AN ACT STRENGTHENING COMPLIANCE WITH OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARDS AND PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATIONS THEREOF.” Non-compliance with OSH administrative reporting constitutes Php 30,000.00 per day penalty under the same department order.
We believe that your presence at this workshop will not only enhance your understanding of workplace safety reporting but also contribute to the overall safety culture within your organization. After the workshop, the participants will be able to:
