Working at heights means that an individual is working in a place that requires necessary precautions to prevent falling at a distance, resulting in serious injury. Injuries from working at heights are one of the most prominent causes of major work-related injuries and fatalities.

About the event
TRISAFETY, an accredited Safety Training Organization (STO) of the Department of Labor and Employment – Occupational Safety & Health Center (DOLE-OSHC) based in Western Visayas, will be conducting an 8-hr Webinar on Working at Heights.
The training is mandatory for establishments with the need for a SAFETY OFFICER 3-4 (SO3-4) in pursuance to Section 3(v) of the DOLE Department Order No. 198-18, otherwise known as the Implementing Rules and Regulations of the Republic Act 11058 “AN ACT STRENGTHENING COMPLIANCE WITH OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARDS AND PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATIONS THEREOF.”
Furthermore, this course includes learning sessions that will enhance the expertise of the participants on confined space safety. This training is highly recommended for certified safety officers, health personnel, OSH committee members, facility engineers/supervisors, company owners/managers, and individuals with relevant fields of undertakings from private companies and government institutions, and the academe.
Registration fees will defray administrative costs, honoraria of resource speakers, and subscriptions.
