The ACTSAFE, HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENTAL CORP., an accredited Safety Training Organization (STO) of the Department of Labor and Employment – Occupational Safety & Health Center (DOLE-OSHC), will be conducting an OSH special course virtual Loss Control Management (LCM) + HIRAC Training.

The training is mandatory for establishments with the need for a SAFETY OFFICER 3/4 (SO3/SO4) in pursuance of Section 3(v) of the DOLE Department Order No. 198-18, otherwise known as the Implementing Rules and Regulations of the Republic Act No. 11058 “AN ACT STRENGTHENING COMPLIANCE WITH OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARDS AND PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATIONS THEREOF.”

The LCM + HIRAC course will provide SO3 or SO4 with advanced knowledge and skills in workplace loss control and risk assessment and the computation of safety performance measurements such as frequency and severity rates. The course will also provide participants with mastery in developing and implementing OSH policies and programs and how they may assist their organizations in avoiding economic losses due to hidden or indirect costs associated with accidents and illnesses.

Registration fees will defray administrative costs, honoraria of resource speakers, and subscriptions.
