About the event
The Occupational Safety and Health Center - Region 6 will be conducting an FREE Basic Occupational Safety and Health for Safety Officer 1 Training (BOSH for SO1 Training) via online (Zoom App).
This training is mandatory for MICRO AND SMALL ESTABLISHMENTS with the need for a SAFETY OFFICER 1 (SO1) in pursuance to Section 3(v) of the DOLE Department Order No. 198-18, otherwise known as the Implementing Rules and Regulations of the Republic Act 11058 “AN ACT STRENGTHENING COMPLIANCE WITH OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARDS AND PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATIONS THEREOF.”
Furthermore, this course includes learning sessions that will develop/enhance the knowledge, skills, and attitude of the participants on the basic concepts and principles of OSH towards an effective OSH implementation in the workplace.
